Counselors recruit, admit, and enroll students, alongside other admissions professionals, by promoting the College at high school visits, college fairs, college access organization meetings, and on-campus and off-campus recruiting events. They travel on behalf of the College, recruit students virtually, plan yield events, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and current students at Swarthmore. They read student applications, make decisions in concert with other team members, and participate in the Admissions Committee as a voting member. Counselors also contribute to a number of other initiatives, such as communications, tour guide management, data analysis, selection, recruitment, and access/diversity programming. |

The Executive Director develops and monitors office-wide operations and systems goals and provides periodic progress reports to the Vice President and the Leadership Committee. They build solid relationships within the Office of Advancement, with the Office of Information Technology and across the College in the analysis and use of information technology and data to measure the effectiveness of programs and forecast engagement and giving trends. |

The Costume Shop Manager has responsibility for oversight and management of all support for the operation of the Costume Shop for performances by the Theater Program, the Dance Program, and approved student organizations.
